ach week, we publish a new meal preparation menu based on individual experience, family recipes, and consumer feedback. We aim to lower the inconvenience of picking meals from an unlimited menu. Instead, we offer you with 5 menu products to choose for the week. Love a particular menu item? Do not worry-- We rotate our menu so you will see the Tuscan Chicken once again.
Our most popular meal size contains 5 oz of protein, 3 oz carb and 1 serving of veggies. You can personalize your completely portioned meal by choosing protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable size based upon your taste.
All of our food is made, with the objective of offering much healthier versions of the food we like, no matter schedule or health goals-- so YOU don't need to consider your week's meals.
All Deliveries Are Sunday between 3-5PM.
All your meals are put in insulated bags to keep your food cool and fresh throughout transit. Once you receive your order, refrigerate your meals. Describe our Frequently Asked Question on how we suggest keeping your meals fresh and tasty.
Not going to be house throughout shipment? We ask that you please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals in to keep them fresh. We try to avoid leaving food out ignored, nevertheless if you are not house, our drivers will wait up to 5 minutes, and then continue along their path.
When do I require to buy my meals?
We ask that all orders are positioned by no behind Friday 11:59 PM EST for the following week's meal prep. Any orders received after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, will go towards the following week's meal prep.
Do I need to place an order each week?
If you are not making any changes then the subscription will car renew each Friday and you do not need to do anything.
When does the menu come out?
The menu choices rotate on a weekly basis and is revealed each Tuesday on our website for the following week. Our menu consists of family recipes, our Fan Favorite classic meals, and new healthy meal options.
What day are the meals delivered?
The meals are delivered each Sunday for the week at our pickup areas. You are readily available to pickup after 3PM at the area you selected at checkout. House shipment is in between 2-6PM. We ask if you are not going to be house to leave a cooler with ice packs on the patio for shipment of meals.
Do you have a minimum # of meal requirement?
Our minimum meal order is 5 meals for delivery.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Click here Our meals are prepared fresh and never ever frozen however if you are not intending on eating immediately within the very first 3-4 days they can be put in the freezer. Simply thaw out a day prior to consuming in fridge.
Do the meal containers need to be returned?
The containers do not require to be returned back to us. You can keep for your own meals or recycle them.

Do you offer no carb options?
Yes! Any meal can be adapted to a no carbohydrate option for extra veggies in lieu of carbohydrate for a $1 charge per meal.
Can I get additional protein with my meals?
Yes, you can select your protein portion based upon your goals and cravings. from 4 to 7 ounces of protein.
What if I have allergies to a certain food on the menu?
We provide 5 different meal alternatives every week so you can either remove that particular meal option in your order or notate in the additional remarks section throughout checkout to not include that particular component in your order.
Exists a charge to unsubscribe or cancel my repeating subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account page, you MUST cancel by Thursday at 11:59 PM EST to avoid a charge for the week. You can reactivate your membership at any time at no cost from your Member Login screen.
